Rotary drier/drier machine/barrel dryer/rotary klin Working Principle
The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate. Hot air flows within the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the material becomes dry.

Wet material is loaded from one head of the dryer, and then it is stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, fully contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow, so the drying process is expedited, and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced. During the drying process, material is under the effect of angled baffler and hot air, moves to the star shape unloader that is at the other head of the dryer.
Structure
The rotary drier/drier machine/barrel dryer/rotary klin is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. So it has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect in workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption, convenient to operate.
1. The internal adopts assembled structure which has improved the accuracy of the equipment and it is easy to transport and install.
2. According to the characteristics of different fertilizers ,we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the granulation effect .
3. Adopts assembled hoist board so as to exchange heat fully and lower the energy consumption .
