The material is made to conduct a compound motion in the cone because of the rotation and revolution of the screws. The effecte motions include;

Working Principle
Double Screws Cone Mixer is short for the cantilever Double Screws Cone Mixer.It is suitable for the solid – liquid,solid-solid materials mixing.
The material barrel of the machine is an inverted cone,in which there are two non-symmetrical upgrading screw equipped.
When the screw rotates,it will produce a lfting force to make the material to the upper of the barrel, and aggregates in the depression then falls down to fill up the vacancy.
