Rotary vibrating shaker/screen is a kind of high efficient new screening equipment. Because of its trajectory approximate to round, it is called circle vibrating screen. Rotary vibrating shaker/screen is highly praised by customers from all trades because its consumption energy is up to national standard which is of advanced level at home and abroad. Rotary vibrating shaker/screen adopts eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block helps to adjust amplitude. The advanced frame structure increase the life of equipment and decrease the impact force of the base. It is a multi-level and high efficiency vibrating screen. This kind of screen is of long streamline, many specifications and clear screening for different specification. It features credible structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, convenient maintenance, safe operation, etc.
Working Principle:
The rotary vibratory separator generates three-dimensional motion that enables the screening of fine & ultra-fine particles. The driver
eccentric moves because of a vertical vibration motor. It revolves rapidly with a centrifugal force that stimulates a sieve to move circularly.
The materials on the sieve receive the impulse so that the sieve provides a throwing movement on screening surfaces. The undersized
materials pass through the screen mesh while oversized frictions move outwards in a circular pattern & are discharged from the outlet.
Materials moving pattern and retention time can be adjusted by the vibrator weight phase.
Application:
- Solid scalping and sifting:
Pharmaceutical powder, Flour, starch, sugar, daily powder, spices, sugar, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, lactose, grain,
metal powders, casein, detergents, abrasives, resin, PVC compound, etc.
- Solid classifying and separating:
